Are you a qualified football coach seeking regular coaching hours? Do you have a passion for teaching football and helping children enhance their skills? If so, Samba Soccer Schools is searching for enthusiastic and skilled coaches to lead our fun, dynamic, and engaging classes for children in Peterborough.

Position Details

Role: Lead Coach

Pay Rate: 15 per hour

Location: Stanground Sports Centre, Peterborough Rd, Peterborough PE7 3BW

Start Date: Immediate start - apply now!

Hours: Every Saturday 9:30-11:30am (2hrs)

Key Responsibilities

Lead pre-planned sessions with enthusiasm, energy, and professionalism.

Engage positively and professionally with children, parents, and coaching staff.

Arrive on time and conduct thorough safety checks before each session.

Focus on each child individually to enhance their skills and build confidence.

Demonstrate and perform fundamental football techniques during sessions.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: FA Level 1 coaching certification

Experience: 1-3 years coaching children aged 4-12

Enhanced DBS Check (preferably issued within the last year)

Ability to perform and demonstrate football skills

Passion for working with children and delivering fun, engaging lesson

Proximity to Venue: Candidates must live within a reasonable distance to ensure reliability
