Football Referee
Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Referees for 6 aside football matches. As a Referee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring fair play and enforcing rules during games.
Responsibilities:
- Officiate football matches, ensuring all rules are followed
- Make impartial decisions on game-related issues
- Enforce penalties or sanctions when necessary
- Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and spectators
- Maintain control over the game environment
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the rules and regulations of the specific sport
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to remain calm and impartial under pressure
- Physical fitness to keep up with the pace of the game
- Previous experience as a Referee is preferred but not required
Job Type: Zero hours contract
Pay: From 20.00 per hour
