We are a well-established nursing home in Sunderland, committed to providing exceptional care to our residents. We are currently seeking a

qualified Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)

to join our friendly and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to elderly residents. Administer medications, monitor health conditions, and update care plans. Supervise and support care staff, ensuring best practices are followed. Work closely with GPs, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate records in line with CQC and NMC standards.

Requirements:

Valid NMC registration (RGN/RMN).

Right to work in the UK (we cannot offer Certificate of Sponsorship).

Previous experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting preferred. Strong clinical skills with a compassionate approach. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
