Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Foreign Language Practice Partner to join our educational institution. You'll need to be a foreigner (non-Chinese) to apply for this role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for participating in our group sessions and practice to speak Mandarin with our clients. You need to have a passion for learning Mandarin and finish the language tasks assigned by the tutor. The ideal candidates' Mandarin level should be from zero to beginner.

Duties

Participate in our regular weekly group sessions and actively engage in the language teaching activities. Passionate about learning a foreign language and actively liven up the classroom atmosphere. Answer tutor's questions actively and demonstrate a good performance in mastering Mandarin after the tutor's teaching. Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages other student participation and enthusiasm for language learning. Participate in demo classes to facilitate tutor's teaching task and be a language practice partner with new clients. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience. Engage in our community's posts actively and post your own language wins.

Requirements

Passionate about learning a foreign language, especially Mandarin. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage the classes effectively. A passion for Chinese language and culture. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Pay: 12.57-35.46 per hour
