Foreign Language Teaching Assistant - part time, fixed term

Duties: The Foreign Language Teaching Assistant will be expected to:




Work 12 hours per week, term time only

Work with individuals and small groups of GCSE students and A-level students assisting in developing their speaking skills

Help to plan activities and lessons, produce resources to help students to improve their language skills

Prepare students for their oral examination

Have the opportunity to contribute to cross-curricular work in collaboration with other subject areas

Introduce students to your own culture by discussing topics such as current affairs, films, sport and festivals

Support the creation and/or development of international partnerships with a school in another country
