We are looking for a Foreperson to join our Infrastructure team in Bedford.

What you'll do:

Plan upcoming works and contribute to short-term programmes. Record daily progress and track planned vs actual output. Lead site safety briefings (shift start, RAMS, permits, Toolbox Talks). Prepare and review safe working methods; conduct safety reviews. Intervene to prevent unsafe acts; recognize positive safety actions. Ensure subcontractors follow approved safe systems of work (SSoW). Stop unsafe work or work without proper risk assessment. Raise plant/material requisitions; provide delivery documents for processing. Coordinate plant breakdowns and ensure safe fitter deployment.

What you'll bring to the role:

Maintain ethical transparency regarding safety, quality, and environmental performance. Hold formal safety training qualification (minimum SMSTS).
