Worley is currently recruiting for a General Foreperson (E&I) for our CNOOC contract on SCOTT
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our offshore team on the SCOTT.
Key aims and objectives:
To coordinate and supervise labour.
Ensure safety procedures are adhered to.
Ensure the highest quality of workmanship.
To liaise with the onshore team daily.
Role Requirements:
Plan & control work activities
Supervise team.
Maintain records.
Deliver Toolbox Talks
Conduct Meetings
Manage resources.
Ensure PTW system adhered to
Ensure time writing for discipline teams is accurate and completed on time.
Ensure all systems are built as detailed in the workpacks.
Ensure job cards are completed and accurate progress reported.
Completion of probationary evaluations and assessments in accordance with Worley's competency assurance system, CDCA
Qualifications
All candidates should hold the following Qualifications & certification:
City and Guilds in a related trade, NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a related trade
Trade background
All offshore certs including (CompEx if E&I/TMJi10 if blacktrades)
Ideally, candidates will also have the following experience:
Demonstrable experience in the role of general foreman or similar supervisory role
Demonstrable experience working on a Petrochemical, Oil and gas, Power or nuclear facility
Ability to effectively manage resources
Ability to effectively supervise combined piping/mechanical/plating teams
Ability to lead the team
Ability to maintain records
Ability to ensure all systems are built as detailed in the construction workpacks
Time writing and keeping accurate records
Ability to manage jobcards and report accurate progress
Ability to work the plan
