We use In the Moment Planning and draw inspiration from Reggio Emilia, following children's emerging interests to create meaningful, child-led "quests" that support deep thinking, discovery, and shared learning between children and adults.

Due to our continued growth within our nursery, we are expanding our team and currently have a range of opportunities, including for the following role:

Forest School Leader

Hours: Part time or full time considered

Start date: Flexible, to be negotiated, but ideally from October 2025

We are seeking a Level 3 qualified Forest School Leader to deliver engaging, nature-based sessions for children across all age groups in our nursery. You will work in our incredible garden and woodland space, using the natural world as a foundation for play, resilience, exploration and child-led learning.

We welcome applicants interested in part-time Forest School delivery or a broader full-time role that includes Forest School, alongside general nursery responsibilities.
