graded Ofsted Outstanding in August 2025, where children and teachers can immerse themselves in the wonder of nature every single day.


We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and qualified Forest School Leadersto join our team. This is your chance to inspire awe, spark curiosity, and nurture children's learning in a unique environment where the classroom has no walls.

Who we're looking for

A passionate outdoor educator with a

Level 2 or 3+ Childcare qualification

(or working towards one) and/or Level 3 Forest School Leader is desirable. Someone eager to bring energy, creativity, and a love of nature to every session. Forest School trained, currently completing training, or excited to begin the qualification with our support. Knowledge of Safeguarding and EYFS. Living and working in the UK with full rights to do so.
(Enhanced DBS, safeguarding, food hygiene, and first aid training provided if not already held.)
