We are seeking a passionate Level 3 Qualified Forest School Leader to take work with our Pre School Leader and head up Forest School learning at our successful and long standing private day nursery.
You will be running daily forest school sessions and helping get our children excited about learning outdoors in nature..
Responsibilities
Design and prepare forest school activities in line with children's interests and their next steps.
Risk assess the environment.
Coach staff on forest school learning.
Communicate effectively with parents.
Run forest school sessions both on site, in the forest, and at other exciting outdoor locations.
Perform observations on children's learning.
Other activities in relation to being Level 3 Nursery Nurse trained
Requirements
Level 3 in Childcare
Level 3 in Forest School Practice
Paediatric First Aid (although we can help with this)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 10.80-13.01 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
