Position

: Forest School Practitioner (Level 2 minimum, working towards Level 3)

Location

: The Enchanted Woodlands (Okay, it's a forest... but it feels enchanted!)

Contract

: Full-time / Part-time (You decide, but you better love trees!)

Who Are We Looking For?

We're on the hunt for a

Forest School Practitioner

who's not afraid to get their hands dirty (literally) and lead children through the wonders of the great outdoors. You'll need a minimum of Level 2 in Childcare (we'll help you work your way up to Level 3!) and a love for all things nature. Bonus points if you can identify a fox from a squirrel or sing a song about the rain!

Your Adventure Will Include:

Outdoor Learning

- Encourage children to explore, discover, and create in the wild! From building dens to jumping in puddles, you'll inspire them to learn through the magic of nature.

Nature Play

- Get ready for an all-weather job where every day is different. Sunshine? Great! Rainstorm? Even better!

Personal Growth (Yours too!)

- With support to achieve your Level 3, we'll help you grow professionally and personally, just like the trees around us.

Team Spirit

- Collaborate with our wild bunch of woodland warriors who know how to balance hard work with lots of fun.

The Ideal Candidate Is:

Level 2 in Childcare

(Level 3 is preferred, but not a dealbreaker) Passionate about the outdoors, adventure, and messy play A natural at building relationships with children (and maybe squirrels too!) Enthusiastic, creative, and ready to think on your feet Ability to maintain a calm and positive attitude, even when the weather turns veryBritish

Pay: 17,602.20-23,493.60 per year
