About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Forest School Practitioner to join our team and work alongside our experienced Forest School Leader. Together, you'll deliver inspiring, hands-on outdoor sessions that spark curiosity, creativity and confidence. You'll also play a key role in weaving the Forest School approach throughout our curriculum, ensuring outdoor learning is a core part of every child's experience at Domi Domingo.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and delivery of engaging Forest School sessions Promote safe risk-taking, problem-solving and teamwork in the outdoors Foster children's love and respect for the natural world Support children's physical, social and emotional development outside Help maintain and develop our forest area as a rich, stimulating learning space Work closely with the Forest School Leader and wider nursery team Ensure high standards of safety, safeguarding and wellbeing at all times

What We're Looking For

Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential) Forest School qualification or experience (Level 2 or working towards Level 3 ideal) Genuine passion for outdoor learning and child-led exploration Strong understanding of EYFS and child development Calm, positive and reflective practitioner Team player who enjoys working collaboratively Confidence to work outdoors in all weathers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.76-13.53 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
