We're seeking a reliable and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our busy logistics team in Lichfield. If you have a keen eye for safety, a strong work ethic, and take pride in what you do, we want to hear from you.

You must have pallet distribution experience, double decker loading and side loading experience to be considered for this role due to the fast pace nature.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklift counterbalance safely and efficiently. Load and unload double decker trailers curtain side and move them around the warehouse or yard. Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and meet production targets. Engage in heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury. Maintain accurate records of stock movements. Support warehouse operations as required. Conduct daily vehicle and equipment checks. Adhere to health & safety procedures and site protocols.

Requirements:

Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (in-house or RTITB/ITSSAR accredited)

Previous experience in a busy warehouse or logistics environment. Good communication skills and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious approach.

Must have experience curtain side & double decker loading.

Shift Times:

Monday to Friday Start time between - 6PM/ 8PM Finish time between - 4AM/5AM

Pay Rate:

15.00 per hour.

Permanent Salary

32,349 (after 12 weeks period).
