Job Description

Main Duties include:

Operating a counterbalance forklift, to load machinery and automated board store.

Handling the product with care to ensure minimum damage at all times.

Maintaining the forklift to a high standard, carrying out pre-use checks and report any damage/faults to management.

Ensuring that the standard of the yard is maintained and kept clean and tidy.

Adhering to all Health and Safety compliance policies and procedures in place.

Any other reasonable request set by management.

Essential Skills:

Previous experience in a similar role.

Previous experience operating a counterbalance Forklift, with valid counterbalance License.

Good level of understanding and spoken English.

Ability to meet production targets.

Willingness to work within a team environment focused on maximising production.

Working hours:

Monday - Thursday: 18:00-04:30

Friday: 15:30-21:15

13.59 + N/S allowance of 1.56 to be reviewed after 8 weeks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 13.59 per hour

Expected hours: 44.5 per week
