Overview

We are seeking two Forklift Drivers to join our team on the following shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, and load/unload materials within our warehouse . This role requires a strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You must posses a valid Counterbalance FLT Licence

4 on 4 off - 06:00 - 18:00

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials throughout the warehouse. Load and unload goods from lorries and containers, ensuring proper handling of products. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklift equipment to ensure optimal performance. communicate effectively with team members to maintain an organised and clean work environment. Follow all safety procedures and protocols to minimise risks in the workplace. Support shipping and receiving operations by preparing items for dispatch and verifying incoming shipments.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge related to forklift operation and equipment repair. Proficient in materials handling techniques with experience in warehouse settings. Familiarity with basic maths for inventory tracking and order processing. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring safe handling of materials. Experience with shipping and receiving processes is advantageous. Knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus.
