Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Forklift Operator with a proven track record of safely handling very heavy loads.

You should also have experience operating a multi-directional forklift or combi, with a licence preferred.

What You'll Be Doing

Safely unloading lorries and moving vehicles around the yard Locating cars in our 5-car racking system Operating a counterbalance forklift with precision and care Operating a multi-directional/combi forklift safely Supporting the team with daily tasks to keep operations running efficiently Keeping a strong commitment to Health & Safety at all times Always working in full compliance with company and site procedures Carrying out daily equipment and vehicle safety checks before use Keeping the yard area clean, tidy and hazard free Taking responsibility for reporting any issues or potential risks immediately Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm, 47.5 hours per week

What We're Looking For

A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence Experience operating a multi-directional or combi-style forklift (licence preferred) Experience moving heavy loads Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude Excellent attention to detail and accuracy A focus on Health & Safety at all times The ability to work well as part of a busy team
