Job Overview
A manufacturer and supplier of quality steel products based in the uk, with a strong network of customers both in the uk and overseas, providing an extensive product range such as: steel wire fencing, stock fencing, sheep, lamb, horse netting and fencing, barbed wire, chain link, line wires, staples, hexagonal wire netting along with the stronger, safer and more versatile fencing.
Duties:
Goods inwards and goods outwards. Picking & packing of various products. Loading & unloading vehicles both manually and using MHE. Maintaining housekeeping. Maintaining systems both computerized and warehouse to high standards. Booking in materials on in house system. Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Attention to detail.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
Be qualified to drive a forklift truck, holding a current 3 years in date counterbalance licence. Have a proven history of methodical working practices in a store / dispatch environment, or a manufacturing environment with some materials handling experience. Computer literate on dispatch / stock control systems
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 12.89 per hour
