Carey Glass Chester is seeking a dedicated and proficient Forklift Driver with a valid counterbalance certificate and reach truck license.
The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading our fleet of trucks and assisting the dispatch department as needed.
Responsibilities:
Loading stillages to trucks, ensuring products are handled with care and loaded safely.
Unloading empty stillages to storage area
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, particularly related to forklift operations.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Performing general tasks and duties as assigned by management.
Operate the forklift efficiently and safely to complete tasks.
Requirements:
Valid Reach Truck License.
Counterbalance Forklift License essential.
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in heavy lifting and adept at performing manual labour tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent Communication Skills both Written and Verbal.
