Job Title: Former Tenants Arrears Officer

Job Location: Birmingham, Brindley Place

Salary: 32,000 per annum

Contract type: Permanent

Working hours: Full Time

About the role

This is an opportunity to join a new team within our existing Housing team. As a Former Tenant Areas Officer, you will be responsible for maximising debt collection from former customers that have left our homes. This will also include you attending Court to present cases and represent our business.


You`ll need to be well organised and driven to achieve our debt recovery targets. Ideally you will have experience working in a similar role.

Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.

About you

A strong leader, able produce, present and utilise KPI reports. A Customer Centred culture and approach will be crucial, to obtain the results we require. Previous experience within a collections and/or Housing Environment would be beneficial
