Job Description

Meta Frontier Studios (MFS) is a venture studio at the bleeding edge of AI and blockchain, operating in proven and new markets alike, where we launch 2-3 ventures per year. This is a unique opportunity to work hands-on with a multi-time founder, with a track record in B2B SaaS, blockchain ventures, and M&A - to shape the venture studio itself, validate new venture ideas, and build scalable processes from the ground up. If you want to become an entrepreneur without taking the solo risk, this is your chance. MFS is backed by Bifrost Studios. This role reports directly to the CEO.



Tasks



Lead and maintain the studio's documentation systems, processes, and operational workflows Serve as the operational interface between the Founder and Lead Development Engineer Prepare financial and performance reports, track OKRs, and create investor updates Run product validation cycles for 6 venture concepts within 6 months, including stakeholder meetings, documentation, and structured decision processes Take charge of and automate our social media presence across channels, define the brand voice, and own content strategy and creation

Requirements

Must Haves:

3+ years experience working with senior leadership, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment. You know how to keep things organized and moving. You're deep into crypto and blockchain - not just familiar, but immersed in it. You understand how the ecosystem works, and you're excited by it. You like building systems. Whether it's documentation, ops workflows, or just making sense of messy processes - you're on it. You can write and design clear, visual investor updates, pitch decks, and internal reports. You've worked on early-stage products - things like landing pages, user feedback, and MVP validations. You're comfortable when things are messy. Priorities shift, plans change, and you're still able to execute. You've grown or managed social accounts - either personal or brand - ideally in tech or crypto.

Would love to see:

Experience in a crypto startup. Exposure to growth, go-to-market, or community-building. You know your way around tools like our tool-stack (Notion, Figma, Miro, Google Analytics, to name a few) You've got an eye for design - good visuals goes a long way in the space and help greatly when building new products and ventures. Comfortable with basic investor or partner communications.
