The FP&A Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning and analysis within the Accounting & Finance department. This position in the financial services industry requires strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Prepare and analyse financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and variances.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly financial reports.
• Support strategic decision-making with detailed financial modelling and analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of board presentations and other key stakeholder materials.
• Maintain and improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis as required by management.

A successful FP&A Accountant should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools.
