About the Role

Thrive in a fast-paced, expanding studio environment as an FP&A Analyst, where you'll be instrumental in building a new finance team and shaping our growth trajectory. You'll spearhead the annual budget, deliver insightful month-end analysis, and partner internationally on forecasting. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your strong Excel skills and proactive problem-solving abilities to provide critical financial insights through impactful reporting and ad-hoc projects, directly influencing strategic decisions. Key responsibilities:

Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating closely with key teams and stakeholders to develop comprehensive and accurate financial plans. Drive the month-end financial reporting and analysis, providing insightful variance explanations against budget to inform decision-making. Partner with international office contacts to facilitate cost forecasting and ongoing budget reviews, ensuring global alignment and accuracy. Conduct in-depth ad-hoc analysis, synthesising complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for business improvement. Develop and maintain user-friendly data visualisations (charts, graphs, dashboards) and presentations to enhance data accessibility and understanding across the organisation Contribute to the successful onboarding and rollout of new FP&A software, supporting the evolution of our financial tools and processes.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Strong proficiency in Excel, including the ability to work confidently with complex formulas and understand and develop robust financial models Demonstrated proactive problem-solving capabilities with a proven ability to quickly learn and independently manage tasks and projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and confidently interact across diverse teams and present financial insights to senior stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, visually appealing financial outputs, including dashboards, graphs, and presentations

An accounting qualification (ACA,ACCA,CIMA etc) or working towards desirable, but not essential One or two years PQE advantageous, but not essential
