FP&A Analyst




Full-Time | Monday - Friday | Hybrid Working Available | Competitive Salary




We are looking for a commercially-minded and detail-driven

FP&A Analyst

to support our Finance & Operations teams. This role focuses on providing high-quality reporting, insightful analysis, and key performance tracking to help drive operational and strategic decisions across the business.


Please note:




This is a full-time role requiring flexibility Our Hybrid model is based on 3 days working in our Warrington Office The position is not suitable for part-time availability

Key Responsibilities:




Prepare the weekly

Company Flash Report

for the Board, highlighting key KPIs and performance insights Produce the weekly

Operations Flash Report

for Operations Managers and Site teams Lead the production of the monthly

Balanced Scorecard

, providing impactful commentary on key business trends Deliver a suite of weekly and monthly KPI reports for the

Operations Director

,

Operations Managers

, and wider teams Become the reporting expert across core systems, including:

Zonal Till system

Fourth Payroll & Scheduling

Data Warehouse (Qlik)

Support the

CFO

,

FP&A Manager

and wider Finance team with ad-hoc reporting, projects, and analysis Proactively identify areas to improve reporting processes, commercial insight, and business decision-making

What We're Looking For:




Strong academic background, including: Excellent A-Levels (or equivalent) Relevant University Degree Hospitality experience is desired (but not essential)

Advanced Excel skills

(will need to be demonstrated) Experience with Data Warehouse reporting, Excel Add-ins, or similar tools is needed High attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective time management and ability to work under pressure Confident communication skills -- able to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders Team player with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements
