The Opportunity

We're looking for a

hands-on, practical

fractional Head of Operations to bring order, efficiency, and clarity across the business with a particular focus on

internal operations and systems alignment

. This is not a strategy-only role we need someone who will roll up their sleeves and get deeply involved in mapping processes, fixing inefficiencies, building SOPs, and aligning the tools we use day-to-day. You'll help implement a clear operating model (EOS, OKRs, or hybrid), define how the business runs, and ensure our internal operations are streamlined, scalable, and connected.

What You'll Do



Assess our current ways of working and identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and risks Lead the implementation of a tailored operating model (EOS, OKRs, or hybrid) to bring focus and alignment Define and document core internal business functions (e.g., finance, HR, project management, IT, etc.) and how they interact Work directly with internal teams to

map, document, and improve processes and workflows

across departments

Align internal systems and tools

ensuring our CRM, project/task management, internal helpdesk, reporting tools, and internal communications are integrated, effective, and used consistently Introduce the right rhythms for planning, reporting, and team collaboration Create clear ownership, accountability, and visibility across internal operations Build out SOPs that reduce friction, improve handovers, and support onboarding of new team members

What We're Looking For



Proven experience leading internal operations in fastpaced, founderled, or scaling environments Strong understanding of operational models like EOS or OKRs, and the ability to implement them practically

Hands-on mindset

you enjoy solving problems, fixing broken processes, and getting things running smoothly Experienced in systems alignment confident auditing, recommending, and integrating tools Process-driven but pragmatic you know where to introduce structure without adding unnecessary layers Able to build trust quickly across teams and lead through clarity and calm execution

Engagement Details



Initial contract:

3-6 months

Commitment: ~

2-3 days per week

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: 50,000.00-70,000.00 per year
