Fractional Marketing Manager
to help bring our marketing strategy to life -- coordinating external suppliers and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all channels.
The Role
You'll be responsible for driving the execution of our marketing plan, managing the day-to-day coordination of marketing activities, and ensuring that our message reaches the right audiences across Europe and beyond. This is a part-time, flexible role -- ideal for an experienced marketer who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen.
Key Responsibilities
Execute Desucla's marketing plan, translating strategy into a clear delivery schedule.
Coordinate third-party suppliers including designers, content writers, and digital agencies.
Manage and deliver marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, website, and partner channels.
Oversee the production and distribution of digital and thought leadership content (e.g., trade insights, compliance updates, case studies).
Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all marketing assets.
Monitor and report on campaign performance and lead-generation metrics.
Support development of marketing materials for partner and client communications.
Contribute to refining and improving our marketing processes and tools over time.
About You
Experienced marketing professional with a background in
B2B services
, ideally within
trade, logistics, finance, or compliance sectors
.
Excellent project management skills -- confident coordinating multiple contributors and suppliers.
Hands-on with digital platforms such as LinkedIn, WordPress, and email marketing tools.
Strong communicator with an eye for detail and brand alignment.
Able to work independently, flexibly, and proactively with limited supervision.
Experienced in international advertising and reach - especially in relation to the US.
Available for a
fractional or part-time arrangement (e.g., 1-2 days per week)
