Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing orders.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
Uphold responsible serving practices, checking identification to verify legal drinking age.
Skills
Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable.
