Freelance Bookkeeper (remote, Part Time)

Job Description
We are a growing ecommerce business trading across multiple digital marketplaces and currencies. To support our expansion, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented freelance bookkeeper to help keep our accounts in order and ready for a smooth handover to our accountants.
What you'll do:
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records on Xero with Hubdoc integration Reconcile multi-currency transactions across online marketplaces Keep our financial records up to date on a weekly basis Work closely with us to prepare accounts for our accountants
What we're looking for:
Proven experience with Xero and Hubdoc Strong bookkeeping experience, ideally with ecommerce businesses Understanding of multi-currency transactions and online marketplace reporting Good knowledge of VAT Experience dealing with international transactions Reliable, detail-focused, and able to work independently Available for a few hours each week on a flexible basis
