First Secure Ltd are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving growth within the Commercial, Residential, Construction and night time economy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales strategies and have experience with software tools, to manage client interactions and track progress effectively.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities with the security industry through networking, market research, and strategic outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Manage leads, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks.
Provide feedback to senior management on market conditions, customer needs, and product enhancements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the Security & Facilities industry.
Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques with a focus on relationship building.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not essential.
