Freelance Credit Controller - Property Sector (Urgent Start)
We are seeking a confident, experienced Credit Controller to manage rent arrears across our property portfolio in Birmingham.
You will be responsible for:
Monitoring overdue rent and preparing arrears reports
Contacting tenants via phone, email & WhatsAppNegotiating payment plans if needed
Issuing final notices & escalating to guarantors/legalUpdating our CRM/records with accurate notes
Requirements:
Credit control experience (property preferred)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of arrears escalation stages (breach notices etc.)
Must be organised, proactive & able to start immediately
Hours: Part-time / flexible Location: Remote + occasional UK phone calls
Duration: Until Jan (potential extension)
Rate: (open to discuss based on experience)
