StretchLab is a premier movement and wellness studio dedicated to enhancing mobility, functional performance, and overall wellbeing. As we expand our services to incorporate specialised musculoskeletal physiotherapy, we are seeking an experienced Freelance MSK Physiotherapist to collaborate with our team to build this area of the business and deliver exceptional clinical care to our clients.

About the Role

In this freelance position, you will conduct comprehensive MSK physiotherapy assessments and treatments, providing evidence-based, client-centred interventions. Responsibilities include building and managing an independent caseload, developing tailored treatment plans, and guiding clients through rehabilitation, injury management, and performance enhancement.

Note: This role is exclusively focused on MSK physiotherapy and does not involve delivering stretching sessions, which are handled by our Stretchologists.

Essential Requirements

? Undergraduate or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
? Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Physiotherapist
? Registration with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP)
? Proven expertise in MSK assessment, diagnosis, and clinical reasoning
? Ability to operate autonomously while managing a diverse caseload
? Outstanding communication and client engagement skills
? Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach to patient care

Desirable Skills & Experience

- (Advantageous but not required)

? Proficiency in Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT)
? Experience with therapeutic ultrasound
? Advanced manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilisation and soft tissue manipulation
? Prior experience in private practice, sports injury management, or performance optimisation environments
? Full working rights in the UK (please note, sponsorship is not available)
