Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and organised Property Assistant to support our property management team in South East London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining property records, and providing excellent customer service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the property sector while contributing to the smooth operation of our portfolio. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational abilities.

Responsibilities



Carrying out viewings for empty properties. Conduct regular inspections of properties and report any maintenance issues. Assist in organising property viewings and open days for prospective tenants. Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and upkeep. Provide general administrative support.

Experience



Previous office experience is preferred, particularly within property management or real estate. Strong data entry skills with high accuracy are essential. Proven administrative experience demonstrating organisation and multitasking abilities. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required to handle tenant interactions professionally.
Job Types: Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 12.56-15.84 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 10 per week
