We're looking for a

Freelance Property Inspector

to join our growing team, supporting our property services across Colchester and nearby areas. This part-time, flexible role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in delivering professional, high-quality work.

What You'll Do:

Conduct thorough property inspections and occasionally handle check-in/check-out appointments (lettings experience is a plus) Take high-quality photos using a company-provided smartphone or tablet Complete reports accurately and submit within 24-48 hours Communicate professionally with tenants and agents to confirm appointments Collect and return keys along your route Manage your own diary and workload efficiently Represent the company in a smart, professional, and friendly manner Stay up to date with property legislation (ongoing training provided)

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year experience in property lettings, inventories, or a related field (desirable) Exceptional attention to detail Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently Friendly and professional approach with clients Confident using technology and online reporting systems Own vehicle essential Smart appearance and professional demeanor Able to meet tight deadlines with fast report turnaround Eligible to work in the UK with a UK bank account

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: 12.50-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 18 per week
