RICS-qualified surveyors
in Cardiff to meet growing demand. Surveyors provide theiravailability
, and our team handles thebooking and mapping of inspections
, making the process efficient and flexible.Fees
250 per report
where the cost of disrepair isover 1,000
120 per report
(Scott Schedule only) where the cost of disrepair isunder 1,000
Duties
Undertake inspections of residential properties in housing disrepair cases Prepare high-quality
expert witness reports
in line with RICS and Part 35 standards Submit reports via our secure online portal Liaise with our in-house team as requiredExperience
Previous experience in housing disrepair reporting is preferred but not essential Background in surveying residential properties beneficial Expert witness reporting experience advantageous
Requirements
Must be
RICS qualified
(essential) Must haveown transport
and be willing to travel within the North West, with occasional day trips outside the area Strong written communication and report-writing skills Professional, reliable, and able to work independentlyWhat We Offer
