What We're Looking For
Proven experience and success in a
consultative sales
environment.
Highly motivated, financially driven, and able to work independently.
Property knowledge or experience is beneficial, but not essential.
A dynamic communicator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
A track record of exceeding sales targets or KPIs.
Confident sales pitch, professional presentation, and exceptional people skills.
What You'll Do (Freelance Scope)
Provide remote consultations to homeowners enquiring about selling their property.
Qualify leads according to business requirements and identify viable opportunities.
Follow up on client appointments and secure instructions to sell properties through our service.
Identify property deals and respond proactively to opportunities.
Negotiate sales and support the full process from enquiry to completion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both sellers and buyers.
Manage your own workflow and ensure tasks are completed to high standards.

Flexible working hours (you manage your own diary, as long as all calls all made per day)
Commission-based earnings, with performance bonuses available
Ideal Experience
2+ years in sales (preferred)
Experience in residential property sales is desirable but not required
