As the Marketing and Social Media Manager, you will be the driving force behind our digital presence, crafting compelling narratives that celebrate our performances, community outreach programmes, and the transformative power of dance. This role is perfect for someone creative, strategic, and passionate about using social media and marketing to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:



- Content Creation: Produce engaging content for our social media platforms, website, and email campaigns, including but not limited to video content, newsletters and such alike.

- Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments, and messages promptly.

- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of our marketing efforts, using insights to drive decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the artistic team to promote upcoming performances, workshops, and events, ensuring consistency in our brand's voice and message.

- Event Promotion: Utilise digital marketing tools and social media to promote events and performances, driving ticket sales and attendance.

- Creative Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with brands, influencers, and community partners to expand our reach and impact.

Who You Are:



- A creative storyteller with a knack for crafting compelling narratives.

- Experienced in digital marketing and social media management, preferably within the arts or nonprofit sector.

- Skilled in content creation, with an eye for design and an ability to produce engaging multimedia content.

- Analytical, with proficiency in using social media insights and analytics tools to guide strategy.

- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with a talent for engaging diverse audiences.

- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments but is also capable of working independently.

- Passionate about the arts, with a particular interest in dance.

Qualifications:



- 2+ years of experience in marketing and social media management.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Hootsuite/Planable, Google Business, Facebook Business Manager and Hubspot.

- Experience with content creation tools and basic graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut).

- Familiarity with the performing arts sector is highly desirable.

Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm, Freelance, Graduate

Pay: 12.00-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
