We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team three days a week in house. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented content creator who lives and breathes all things social and wants to take the reins of a beloved luxury interiors brand's digital presence.
Your Mission
You will lead the development and execution of our organic social content strategy, working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider creative team. You'll manage and grow our existing social media channels while exploring new opportunities, focusing on building brand awareness, increasing reach and engagement, driving traffic, growing our database and ultimately boosting sales.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the organic social media strategy, working with the Head of Marketing to align with wider brand goals.
Collaborate with our paid social expert to support paid campaigns and produce creatives accordingly.
Lead on content creation (reels, videos, carousels, posts, etc.) across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms like YouTube and Snapchat.
Regularly monitor and manage community engagement, including responding to DMs and comments.
Create engaging, on-brand content using in-house assets, lifestyle shoots, or our existing library of materials.
Organise and lead on influencer outreach, collaborating with interiors influencers and creating user-generated content.
Use tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social for efficient content creation and publishing.
Track performance, adjust strategies where necessary, and report on ROI and key metrics.
Stay up to date with social trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep our strategy current and effective.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3+ years of social media experience, preferably in ecommerce or interiors/lifestyle.
Proven ability to develop and execute social strategies, create content, and grow engaged communities.
Highly creative with strong visual storytelling and copywriting skills.
Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, ecommerce best practices, and performance marketing.
Confidence in video editing (especially for Reels and TikToks) and using scheduling and analytics tools.
A team player with a 'can-do' attitude, great communication skills, and an eye for aesthetics.
Available to work in our Richmond office 3 days a week 8.30am to 5.30pm, preferably Tuesday, Wednesday's and Thursday's.
