Overview


Hybrid Tutor & Curriculum Developer (Freelance / Flexible)



We are seeking a passionate and qualified Tutor & Curriculum Developer to join our growing education team. This hybrid role involves delivering high-quality tutoring sessions both in-person and online, while also taking the lead on curriculum creation--developing engaging lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to student needs.

We welcome tutors from all subject backgrounds, and we highly value individuals who can teach across multiple subjects or platforms (e.g. academic tutoring, creative subjects, digital skills, functional skills, or personal development programmes).

Key Responsibilities



Create, plan, and deliver structured curriculum and teaching resources for both online and face-to-face sessions. Provide personalised teaching and support to students in one-to-one or small-group settings. Assess student needs and learning styles, adapting teaching strategies to ensure strong progress. Track and report on student development and outcomes. Maintain high-quality lessons using a range of learning tools and digital platforms. Collaborate with the wider team to continuously improve programme delivery.

Requirements



Formal teaching or tutoring qualifications/certifications. Proven experience delivering tutoring in both online and in-person environments. Ability to develop curriculum and high-quality teaching materials independently. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to motivate and inspire learners. Confidence teaching across a range of subjects or platforms is highly desirable. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work flexibly in a freelance capacity.

Type: Freelance, semi-permanent, flexible hours Pay: Daily fixed rate, based on completion of agreed work and sessions Format: Hybrid (in-person + virtual) Start: Immediately / As soon as possible Location: North London / Pan London
