Role Overview
We're seeking a proactive Sales & Operations Executive who excels at driving new business and is eager to embrace AI tools and automated processes. While sales will be your primary focus, you'll also oversee group travel bookings from initial inquiry through trip execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable adapting to emerging technologies, thrives on meeting targets, and is well-versed in building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
Prospect & Close Deals
: Identify, engage, and convert new clients (travel agencies, tour operators, etc.) using AI-driven lead-generation tools.
Sales Strategy
: Develop and implement sales approaches to meet revenue goals, leveraging data insights for maximum impact.
Relationship Building
: Cultivate lasting relationships through regular communication, delivering tailored solutions that address client needs.
Technology & AI Adoption
Automation & Tools
: Utilize our suite of AI-powered platforms to streamline quoting, booking, and other operational tasks.
Tech Savvy
: Stay updated on emerging technologies, integrating them into daily workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.
Continuous Improvement
: Collaborate with internal teams to suggest and implement tech enhancements that optimize productivity.
Operational Support
Booking Management
: Handle group travel logistics in partnership with suppliers (hotels, transport, guides) to secure competitive rates.
Problem-Solving
: Promptly address any challenges--service disruptions or client concerns--to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Destination Promotion
Content Creation
: Contribute to marketing efforts, including producing video and written content that highlights destinations.
Networking & Events
: Attend industry events and familiarization trips to deepen product knowledge and strengthen supplier relations.
Skills & Qualifications
Sales Expertise
: Proven success in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals (travel industry experience preferred).
Language Skills
: Fluent in French and English (both written and verbal).
Tech Adaptability
: Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and open to learning new AI-based tools.
Organization & Efficiency
: Able to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
Communication
: Polished telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills.
