Job Role

Inspect

incoming shipments

of fruit & vegetables for freshness, damage, grade, and compliance with specifications, completing QC reports Monitor

warehouse inventory

, conducting routine checks to prevent spoilage and ensure proper storage categorisation Oversee

outgoing orders

, verifying quality prior to dispatch Manage quarantine procedures and hold non?conforming goods Maintain detailed documentation for inspections, traceability, and regulatory compliance Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve quality issues, provide guidance, and support continuous improvement Support internal/external audits and uphold

Skills and experience

At least

1 year

experience in produce inspection, quality, or food/warehouse environments Familiar with

fresh produce standards

, ideally with grading or labelling knowledge Proficient in computer skills and record-keeping Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication skills Ability to work in varied warehouse environments (cold, humidity)

Duties may change from time to time in accordance with the changing needs of the company. You will be expected to carry such duties out as normal.
