As part of our growing operations in fresh produce, we are expanding our direct sourcing model and working closely with the Moroccan government and leading growers to bring premium-quality fruits and vegetables directly to UK buyers. We are now hiring an experienced

Fresh Produce Sales Executive

with strong industry connections to lead sales for our Moroccan fresh produce division.

About the Role



This is a strategic sales role focused on developing relationships with UK wholesale markets, importers, retailers, and foodservice buyers. You'll be the face of our Moroccan produce offering, working directly with multiple growers and cooperatives across Morocco and driving year-round availability of top-grade produce into the UK.

Key Moroccan Products You'll Be Working With:



Citrus:

Clementines, oranges (Nadorcott, Maroc Late), lemons

Berries:

Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries (mainly from Agadir and Larache)

Tomatoes:

Round, cherry, plum, vine - particularly from Agadir and Souss-Massa

Herbs & Greens:

Coriander, mint, parsley, spinach

Peppers & Courgettes:

Grown in controlled environments for export

Avocados & Pomegranates:

Increasingly in demand from Moroccan growers

Seasonal specialities:

Watermelon, prickly pear (figue de barbarie), green beans, and early-season potatoes

Responsibilities:



Build and manage a portfolio of UK fresh produce buyers (wholesalers, retailers, foodservice) Convert leads into long-term commercial relationships Coordinate logistics with our internal team and growers in Morocco Stay informed on harvest schedules, seasonal peaks, and market pricing Support trade events and buyer visits to Morocco Provide regular market feedback to growers and partners

Requirements:



Minimum 3 years' experience in

fresh produce sales

in the UK market Strong knowledge of key produce categories and seasonality Existing network within wholesale markets, importers, or supermarkets Experience dealing with import logistics, pricing, and quality control A proactive, relationship-driven approach to business

Pay: 15,015.89-55,916.85 per year

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
