Key Responsibilities
Manage the front desk and waiting area independently and efficiently.
Greet patients warmly and ensure their visit runs smoothly from start to finish.
Handle phone, email, and web inquiries, converting them into paying patients.
Take payments confidently and handle conversations about cost with professionalism.
Use IT systems daily for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
Troubleshoot administrative challenges and suggest improvements where needed.
Balance administrative duties with front desk responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain confidentiality and follow established procedures at all times.
Skills & Experience Required
2+ years' experience
in administration and customer service.
Advanced
IT skills
- Microsoft Office essential, with proven ability to adapt to new platforms/software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
Ability to work
independently
with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Professional, reliable, and confident under pressure.
