We're seeking a

Military & Family Readiness Technician/ Front Desk Administration

to support RAF Lakenheath's Military and Family Readiness Center. This role ensures Airmen and Family Members receive the guidance and resources needed to successfully navigate military life OCONUS.



This is an

excellent fit for candidates with prior military support experience

or those who are service-minded, adaptable, and thrive in people-focused roles.

What You'll Do

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner Manage front desk operations at the Military and Family Readiness Center Schedule appointments for customers, assist with workshop registration, and upkeep the maintenance of sign-in systems Provide virtual and in-person support, respond to inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation using the AFFIRST system

Who You Are

You're detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused. You possess strong communication skills and can manage multiple tasks efficiently. You are comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience in administrative support or customer service Familiarity with scheduling systems and email platforms Ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records Completion of required training (Anti-terrorism, OPSEC, Information Security) Eligibility for base access and security clearance
