Join our team at the Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) in RAF Mildenhall as a Transition Assistance Program (TAP) Front Desk Clerk. This role involves receiving calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and providing basic information on the TAP process to separating service members and their families. You will also maintain data in the Air Force Family Integrated Results Statistical Tracking (AFFIRST) system.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 0730 to 1630
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors.
- Schedule clients for M&FRC appointments and classes.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the AFFIRST system.
- Provide administrative support for the TAP program.
- Assist clients with using office equipment and maintain the front desk area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of data entry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Understanding of military protocol and experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
