About The Role

During this exciting period at The Salthouse Hotel where the property is growing exponentially, we are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our already exceptional Front Desk Reception Team. If you are someone who has a bubbly guest-friendly personality and is willing to go above-and-beyond to ensure all guests are happy and hotel operations are flowing, then you would slot perfectly into this role!

Key Responsibilities

Your main duties & responsibilities in this role are but not limited to:

Answer incoming enquiries by phone, email, and face-to-face

Checking guests in and out of the Hotel, Eco-Lodges, and Eco-Farmhouse

Portray the highest level of customer service to guests

Handle issues/concerns in a calm and professional manner

Daily money handling

Preparation of guest bills

Maximise sales opportunities

Follow daily checklists and tasks

General office admin

Operate hotel switchboard

Full-Time & Part-Time roles available (must be available mornings, evenings, and weekends)

Systems Used (experience advantageous but full training will be provided):

ResDiary (Restaurant Reservations)

Microsoft Office suite
