Responsibilities

Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Utilise QuickBooks for basic financial tasks as required.
Organise appointments and meetings, coordinating schedules effectively using Google Suite tools.
Maintain a clean and organised front desk area to create a welcoming environment for clients and staff.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Proficiency in computerised systems and software, particularly Google Suite and QuickBooks.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy office environment.
