What You'll Do:
Be the friendly face that welcomes guests on arrival and ensures a smooth check-in/check-out process
Answer phone calls and respond to email enquiries in a professional, helpful manner
Assist with reservations and manage booking systems
Provide guests with information about the hotel and local area
Handle basic administrative and reception duties
Work as part of a supportive, positive team
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, approachable, and confident applicants
Strong communication and organisational skills
Reliable and punctual, with good attention to detail
Comfortable working with computers and booking systems (training provided)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous customer service experience is a bonus
