We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in computer applications, and a welcoming demeanour.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Handle clerical duties including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Utilise Google Suite and other office software for scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
Support financial operations by using QuickBooks for invoicing and basic accounting tasks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in computer applications including Google Suite and QuickBooks is highly desirable.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
