Job Description

TFM are seeking a front desk sales assistant with a flexible, friendly, approachable and helpful attitude to work at our workshop and product support department within our Stableford store.

TFM is a Bridgnorth-based independent farm and country store business, with 7 retail locations across Shropshire and the Midlands.

We are flexible on hours with either a part time or full time position available.

The role involves working as part of a small team, looking after the workshop service reception and front of house.

The business is profitable and growing steadily, so the opportunity has room for growth and would suit someone who might be interested in expanding their role in the longer term.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and serving customer's on the counter Answering questions over the telephone Advising customers Dispensing fuel and spare parts Identifying spare parts and quoting customers Booking machines in for service or repair updating customers department admin Booking in deliveries
Requirements:

Customer first mentality Good communicator both face to face and over the telephone Use suppliers software to identify spare parts and process purchase orders Use our computer system to create/amend stock records, book orders into stock, place purchase orders or inter-store transfers Use our till system to process sales

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 34 - 42.5 per week
