Company Overview

The Potting Shed Restaurant is a family run Cafe located in the Pearsons of Duns Garden Centre. Operating 7 days a week between the hours of 9am - 4.30pm the allowing the shifts to be very atttractive. We provide a vairied but select menu that suits our cliental.

Role

We are seeking an individual who likes variation for a role which includes Front of House Waiter/Waitressing Shifts and also Kitchen based Preparation of Food & Dishwashing shifts.

Responsibilities

Come to the role prepared to work, be a team player and be flexible in the duties you are expected to carry out.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the front-of-house area. Barista Coffee Making (training can be provided) Assist with food delivery service to ensure timely delivery of products Handle & Prepare food safely according to health regulations Follow instruction of Manager/Supervisor or Head Cook if in Kitchen Support stock management by restocking supplies as needed Previous experience in the industry is desirable

Monday: 9.00 - 4.30 (7.25 hrs)

Thursday: 9.00 - 4.30 (7.25 hrs)

Friday: 9.00 - 4.30 (7.25 hrs)

Alternate weekends:

Saturday 8.00 - 4.30 (8.25hrs)

Sunday 8.00 - 4.30 (8.25hrs)

30 hours per week fixed, with additional hours and shifts availble.

Location: TD11 3EL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.25-13.30 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
