We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team in the hospitality sector. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our guests receive the highest standard of service while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate front of house staff
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
Assist in training new staff members on service protocols, menu knowledge, and health regulations.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Support management in implementing policies and procedures for improved operational efficiency.
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry
Strong understanding of food safety practices and culinary operations.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff development.
Previous bartending experience is advantageous
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both guests and team members.
